Why stop at Hello Mamma Mia on a Gangneung–Yangyang trip?

I recently took a trip around Gangneung and Yangyang in Gangwon-do. While looking for good-vibe cafés in Yangyang, one place stood out a bit — Hello Mamma Mia.

Entrance of Hello Mamma Mia, where dogs are welcome

Traveling around Yangyang, you see so many people out and about with their dogs. Hello Mamma Mia is a dog-friendly café in Yangyang where you can bring your dog along, so I especially wanted to recommend it to dog owners. I don't have a dog myself, but I love dogs so much that I want one someday ,,,, ㅠ3ㅠ

Inside Hello Mamma Mia: sofa seats and the café dog

I stopped by Hello Mamma Mia this time to cool off with a drink and take a short break, and there was a cute dog inside the café, so my attention was stolen the moment I walked in ♥️ For someone who loves dogs like me, just being in the café was healing. When you're traveling, you're constantly on the move, so you really need a break at a café in between, and Hello Mamma Mia had such a comfortable atmosphere for sipping a drink and resting that I thought it'd fit nicely into a Yangyang trip itinerary.

Outdoor seats where dogs can run off-leash

There are outdoor seats too, so it seemed like a good spot to let your dog off the leash after bringing them along! The whole place was really spacious.

On a cool day, spending time outside here would be really nice.

Iced Americano and omija ade at Hello Mamma Mia

The drinks I ordered at Hello Mamma Mia this time were an iced Americano and an omija (schisandra berry) ade! After walking a lot while traveling, an iced Americano needs no explanation ,,, one cold sip and I felt like I could survive ㅠ3ㅠ It's clean and easy to drink, so if you're not a fan of sweet drinks, the iced Americano is a safe, enjoyable choice.

Dog treats and Hello Plaque dental snacks on sale

It's not just about people drinking coffee and leaving — you can also browse treats made for dogs, which makes this dog-friendly café in Yangyang an even more fun space for visitors.

It was fun looking through the different kinds of dog treats one by one, and I liked that while I was there for a drink, I could also check out products my dog would need. I couldn't just walk past, so I picked one out! What I chose was Hello Plaque for dogs 🐶 — a product meant to help with bad breath and tartar management, so it's worth a look if you're interested in your dog's dental care. Dogs can't get a thorough brushing every time the way people can, so a lot of owners worry about how to manage their dental care day to day.

Hello Plaque product for dogs

While browsing several products, I was surprised there was even something made for this purpose, so I picked up Hello Plaque. Being able to browse and choose dog-related products, not just drinks, at the café made it feel like a true dog-friendly café — a dog-friendly café in Yangyang.
