Hello Mamma Mia is a dog-friendly café and handmade dog treat specialist in Sokcho where your pup can run around to their heart's content. Today I had some time to kill after visiting Sokcho Jungang Market, so I brought my dog to Hello Mamma Mia to let her burn off some stress — and we ended up meeting a bunch of dog friends there too ♥

Hello Mamma Mia is located near Mulchi, so it wasn't too hard to get to. Seeing three dogs out front, I immediately knew, 'that must be Hello Mamma Mia, the dog-friendly café in Sokcho.'

Inside Hello Mamma Mia

It was hot out again today, so the moment I stepped inside, I truly appreciated the blessing of air conditioning.

Maybe because of Gwangsuk, the resident dog at Hello Mamma Mia, there were tons of dog toys around. The dog painting in the frame had such a cute expression too — it almost looked like a real photo, haha ♪

The café has comfortable sofas and tables, so you can really relax while you're there.

Hello Mamma Mia's drink menu had a wide range to choose from — coffee, ade, smoothies, tea, and more.

Since it's known for handmade dog treats, you can also order the 'dog course set.' It comes with the signature salmon tart, a dog latte, and a handmade treat, for ₩13,000.

Besides the signature salmon tart mentioned above, you could buy all kinds of handmade dog treats — duck sweet potato sticks, Dubai chocolate-style spring roll gum, Hello Tteuntteun, and more.

The drinks made for dogs — from 'dog soju' to 'dog makgeolli' and 'dog beer' — were so cute.

There was also a keepsake-making experience — a lovely way to keep a bit of your dog's fur as a treasured memento.

Hello Plague, the owner's patented dog supplement

What interested me most at Hello Mamma Mia was the supplement they sell for 'joint care, bad breath, gum health, and tartar removal.' The owner apparently patented this supplement herself and sells it in-store.

She started out of pure love for dogs, and eventually set up a manufacturing facility right inside the store so she could sell a healthier, more natural food supplement to look after your dog's health. We ended up buying three months' worth of Hello Plague too. (Can't wait to see how it goes ♪)

How the mango smoothie and omija ade tasted

The drinks we ordered today were a mango smoothie and an omija (five-flavor berry) ade. They said the omija ade is made with house-made syrup — it was pleasantly sweet and felt like it helped settle my meal.

Letting your dog run in the wide yard

One thing that really touched me: when the owner noticed my dog was hot, she brought over some ice water for her ♥ ♥ The kindness was off the charts ♥

So my baby got to drink some ice water,

and also met some friends and sniffed around — such a nice time for her to make new pals.

My dog holds her paw up like that when she's nervous — isn't that just too cute? ㅠㅠ ♥

The yard was really spacious too, so it was great for my dog to run around in.

When dad threw the ball, she ran straight to her older sister instead — my baby loves her big sister more than the ball ♥

She even climbed up onto what I guess was a dog chair,

showing off her cuteness in the sunshine to her big sister,

and my four-year-old girl even tried out the rocking chair. Hello Mamma Mia is especially great for its music — we had such a fun, upbeat time with our dog to good songs ♪

She drank the ice water the owner gave her, and we headed home, hoping to come back again soon!! ♥

Hello Mamma Mia is a dog café known for its spacious yard where dogs can enjoy themselves and for its handmade dog treats.

Out of love for dogs and a focus on their health, the owner sells everything from a patented supplement to dog soju and dog salmon tarts and other treats — so I could look after my dog's health here too.
