Seoul Station café office lunch, ham egg sandwich & soup: Dance Dance
In short
Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station is a baguette and ciabatta sandwich brunch spot on basement level 3 (B3) of Grand Central at Seoul Station in Jung-gu, Seoul. On a day when rice didn't appeal, the writer had the new ham egg sandwich, cream of mushroom soup and an iced decaf oat milk latte for lunch, and the ham egg sandwich, made with handmade ham from Charbetti (샤르베티), was filling on its own. Today was one of those days when rice just didn't sound good. But I still had to eat lunch~ While wondering what to get, I heard that a sandwich place famous in Hannam-dong had a branch near Seoul Station, so I went for brunch at Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station.
Dance Dance Dance is known for using unrefined sugar and charcuterie ham with no chemical additives! It's famous as a Seoul Station brunch spot and Seoul Station sandwich spot, loved by office workers nearby. (Honestly it's in my office building so I see it every day, and it's genuinely popular.) Let me introduce Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station, also a great find as a Seoul Grand Central restaurant~

Where is Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station, and what are the hours and parking?
Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station is open daily from 07:00 to 19:00, with last order at 18:30. You can park at the Grand Central building, and 1 hour of parking is supported.
Below is the exterior of Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station.

Seoul Grand Central restaurant Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station is about 100m, a 1-minute walk from Seoul Station Exit 4, located inside the Grand Central building on B3 ✨ For parking, use the Grand Central building — 1 hour is supported.
What's the vibe like on B3 of Grand Central?
Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station has an open-plan layout on B3 of Grand Central where you can eat freely. Once you come down to B3, the store is visible at a glance — it's not clearly partitioned off like a typical café.
Even though it's an underground space, it doesn't feel closed off or stuffy — the surroundings are open, giving an overall airy feel. Since it's a shared large underground space, a lot of people grab a quick meal before or after meeting someone at Seoul Station, or get takeout. It's a great Grand Central restaurant to visit easily whenever a sandwich comes to mind for lunch as an office worker 😁

What kind of bread does Dance Dance Dance use for its sandwiches?
Dance Dance Dance's biggest feature is that sandwiches using ciabatta and baguette are the main menu. From soft, mild ciabatta to baguette that's crisp outside and chewy inside, the bread used in the sandwiches has clear appeal, so you can pick according to your taste.

How to order and the running verification discount
You order at Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station via kiosk! There's also an event that's hot these days — if you verify a running record, you get a discount.

What did I order for lunch as an office worker?
At Dance Dance Dance Seoul Station, I ordered the ham egg sandwich, cream of mushroom soup, and an iced decaf oat milk latte. Besides sandwiches, they also sell soups, coffee, and drinks, so you can eat a sandwich alone for something light, or add soup and coffee for a proper brunch.

The sandwich, mushroom soup, and decaf oat milk latte came out quickly after ordering~

How does the iced decaf oat milk latte taste?
Dance Dance Dance's iced decaf oat milk latte has that subtle, nutty, mild flavor unique to oat milk~ I've been into oat milk lately — it feels less heavy than regular milk and easier to digest!! The reason I drink decaf is that caffeine keeps me from sleeping well at night ㅠ Tired but can't sleep... so caffeine only on weekends!!
It wasn't quite a full cup so I was a little disappointed, but I think it's just the right portion haha. Sipping it bit by bit while eating the sandwich and soup cleaned my palate nicely, and it paired well with brunch.

How does Dance Dance Dance's new ham egg sandwich taste?
The ham egg sandwich is Dance Dance Dance's new menu item — a sandwich with ham and egg mayo between crisp baguette. Crisp baguette bread with those fillings just can't taste bad. The visuals alone are great~ It's cut in half for easy eating and looked substantial enough for a full meal.

The mild baguette is generously packed with ham and egg mayo. Notably, the ham isn't ordinary sandwich ham — apparently it's handmade ham from Charcuterie, a premium charcuterie-focused brand.
Starting with the mild crispness of the baguette, then the savory ham flavor, and finally the soft, rich egg mayo 👍 With generous fillings, it worked better as a hearty meal than a light snack, and just one ham egg sandwich was more filling than expected.

Is the cream of mushroom soup worth ordering too?
Dance Dance Dance's cream of mushroom soup had a good mushroom aroma and a creamy texture with mushroom bits to chew on. I wondered if it would be too much alongside the sandwich, but it's also rumored to be delicious, so I got curious and ordered it too. It came out piping hot~

The mushroom aroma is really great~ A soup with a soft, creamy texture and the subtle, distinct flavor of mushrooms ✨ There were mushroom pieces to bite into here and there, making it even more delicious.
