How do you get to Clermont Monde from Cheongdam Station?

Clermont Monde is about a 5-minute walk from Exit 9 of Cheongdam Station, so it was easy to reach from the station! One thing to note: the opening hours differ by day of the week, so definitely check before you go, haha.

This is the outside of Clermont Monde, the Cheongdam skin care salon, haha. The building looks like a converted detached house, so you might get a bit lost on a first visit, but there's a small standing sign by the entrance!!

What is the atmosphere inside Clermont Monde like?

Inside, Clermont Monde felt more like someone's home than a treatment room. Here's the interior of this Cheongdam contouring specialist, haha.

Stepping in, it felt like visiting an acquaintance's house in Cheongdam-dong :)

The floor-to-ceiling windows made it feel much bigger and more airy, and I could have a relaxed consultation before the treatment!

What programs can you get at Clermont Monde?

Clermont Monde offers everything from skin care to body care, and the same director has run the salon for 20 years ^^ The photos above show the various massage programs, haha.

After talking with the director, I decided on the basic facial this time ^^

The changing room and powder room at this Cheongdam aesthetic salon are spacious, and an air purifier was running, so everything felt super clean and fresh, haha.

What is the order of the basic facial at Clermont Monde?

Cleansing and T-zone blackhead removal

The basic facial at Clermont Monde starts with cleansing. First the whole face gets a thorough cleanse, and then she removed the blackheads on my T-zone!!

She laid gauze over my face for about 10 minutes to soften the blackheads, then cleared them one by one, very carefully :)

Skin scaling and lifting massage

After the blackheads, she did skin scaling too, and my face line felt smoothed out and my circulation felt like it got a real boost ^^

Then came the lifting massage (gyeongrak, a Korean meridian-style massage). She kept checking that the pressure wasn't too strong, so I could relax through it.

Finishing with ultrasound and a modeling mask

Finally she used an ultrasound device to treat the skin deeper, and with the modeling mask on top, my skin felt filled with moisture right through. I was really happy with it!

How was the facial at Clermont Monde?

Unlike ordinary skin salons that run everyone through a fixed program, Clermont Monde checks each person's skin condition carefully as it goes, which is why I recommend it. After the expert care, my overall skin condition clearly felt better, and I liked that the treatment was so private ^^

I've tried several skin care places in Gangnam, but I've never found one like Clermont Monde where an experienced director treats you one-on-one, so I recommended it to my friends right away..! There's everything from regular facials to a wedding care program for soon-to-be-married couples, so get a consultation first and I think you'll be happy with it :)
