Forerest is a spacious café on Nogyang-ro in Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi. I enjoyed iced Americano, rich milk tea, and green tea and black sesame Basque cheesecakes while taking in the greenery with my dog. Forerest is a lovely drive-out stop for a relaxed break in nature.
Manpo Galbi Uijeongbu Main Branch is a Korean BBQ restaurant in Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi. Two diners finished 3 servings of handmade marinated galbi and chadol doenjang sulbap, enjoying the gentle seasoning, home-style rice soup, and spacious clean dining room. Verdict: a satisfying stop for a hearty charcoal-grilled galbi meal.
