This time I tried the spicy flavor.
The outside is crispy, the inside soft and moist, and the chicken is coated deep in a spicy-sweet sauce. The first bite is sweet, and then the heat builds as you keep eating.
On top of that, cheongyang chili and garlic are mixed in, adding a sharp, pungent kick that keeps pulling you back for more. Eating the crispy dakgangjeong along with the cheongyang chili and garlic, the spicy and savory flavors come together really well.
