I ordered the hot pepperoni pizza, fries and drink set. Even in the photo it looked like a lot of pepperoni, and it really was piled on, filling the dough and bringing big flavor. The hot peppers on top added a spicy kick that cut the richness. The fresh cheese stretched out in long strings and made it soft.

Above all, it wasn't too thick or heavy, yet the texture and flavor weren't light either, so it was easy to eat several slices without feeling weighed down.

Maybe because the dough is aged for 48 hours, the pizza had a really deep flavor.

Cheese filled all the way to the crust end

Plenty of people leave the end of the pizza uneaten, but on Cheesewave's hot pepperoni pizza the cheese goes all the way to the end, so it was packed with flavor. There was lots of cheese on the dough and the crust was filled too, so you get the "pizza means cheese" formula exactly.
