Where is Brivite Seongsu and when is it open?

Brivite Seongsu is a gnocchi and pasta restaurant at 5-1 Sangwon 6-gil, 1st floor, 252 m from Ttukseom Station Exit 4. It is open 11:30 - 21:15, with last order at 20:30. It was a Seongsu date day, and while I was searching for what to eat, I found that Brivite, a famous gnocchi place, was near Ttukseom Station, so off I ran for lunch ❤️

From Ttukseom Station Exit 3, pass the Seongsu Ttukseom museum and turn left, go straight along Sangwon-gil, turn right at Paik's Coffee (Paik Dabang), and the eye-catching pink Brivite Seongsu shop is right there :)

I came for the signature scallion cream corn gnocchi, and sure enough, it was right there at the entrance!!

What are the interior and seating like at Brivite Seongsu?

The inside of Brivite Seongsu has a colorful pink and ivory look and a clean feel, totally my style ❤️ It is mostly 2-person and 4-person tables, so solo dining works and it was great for a date,

I came right at opening, and at some point it was completely full. A Seongsu favorite, no doubt!! 👍

How is the Brivite Seongsu menu organized?

The menu centers on the set for two (Bri/Beet), plus mains: Brivite steak, scallion cream corn gnocchi, porcini shrimp gnocchi, Hop-hop Rabbit pasta, spicy jambon risotto, salmon steak pasta, bacon cream pasta and spicy vongole oil pasta,

Sides include Greek yogurt and tomato salad, spicy fried eggplant, truffle fries, mushroom soup with 1 Yorkshire pudding, and Yorkshire pudding (1 pc). Drinks include butter highball, Earl Grey highball, tequila sunrise, melon ball, London Pride ale, Stella lager, Bri ade (grapefruit), beet ade (lemon), Schweppes sparkling water, Coca-Cola, Pepsi Zero, Sprite and orange juice.

Good to know: show a Naver receipt or Google Maps review and you can get a free grapefruit ade or lemon ade ⭐️

Is Brivite's spicy fried eggplant good even if you hate eggplant?

Brivite Seongsu's spicy fried eggplant (₩10,900) is a side dish, but it comes out first haha

The eggplant is crispy outside and tender inside, and you dip it in a spicy chipotle sauce. Even I, who don't like eggplant, enjoyed it so much!! Everything fried is good, but this was extra good, and the spiciness keeps it from feeling greasy, so my hand kept going back 😍

And then the mains arrived!!

What does Brivite's salmon steak pasta taste like?

Brivite Seongsu's salmon steak pasta (₩19,900) is a tomato pasta with a clean, spicy ragu sauce topped with a salmon steak, and it is Brivite's signature pasta.

I like rich, thick cream or rosé pasta, so I rarely order tomato pasta, but it's Brivite's signature and it has salmon on top, so it's a must-order haha

It comes with vegetables, so it felt like a healthy pasta for the first time in a while, which I liked, and the salmon steak, well, what can I say? 😍😍 The two go well together and I enjoyed it. If you like salmon steak and tomato pasta, I absolutely recommend the salmon steak pasta!!

What is the texture of Brivite's scallion cream corn gnocchi?

Brivite Seongsu's scallion cream corn gnocchi (₩18,900) is the signature dish: 100% handmade gnocchi, crispy outside and chewy inside, with scallion cream, corn and thick-cut bacon.

Brivite's gnocchi really is crispy outside and soft and chewy inside, so the texture was great, and with the corn, bacon and scallion cream I scraped the plate clean!! As a signature dish, I think I'd order the scallion cream corn gnocchi every time I go to Brivite Seongsu 😊

Is Brivite Seongsu worth returning to for a Seongsu date?

From the spicy fried eggplant to the salmon steak pasta and scallion cream corn gnocchi, everything was delicious, and the staff were so friendly that I left happy :) Saved as a place to go every time I'm on a Seongsu date!! If you're looking for a good Seongsu restaurant, or a gnocchi and pasta spot, I recommend visiting Brivite Seongsu 🙏
