Uijeongbu fried chicken shop: cheese mustard at Dalgom's
Dalgom's is a dakgangjeong (bite-size crispy fried chicken) shop in Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi, at the entrance to Uijeongbu Jeil Market's chicken alley. Three of us took home a 1.5-chicken, three-flavor set for 24,000 won, and the Cheese Mustard and Bburinkle pairing was the standout. Verdict: A delicious market takeout stop, but check for sold-out ingredients before an evening visit.
