Hongdae café by floor-to-ceiling windows: fig soufflé, Think Fruit

Today I'm introducing a Hongdae dessert café called Think Fruit, where I stopped by because I had plans with a friend in Hongdae! I was looking for somewhere with good desserts and coffee, and ended up enjoying a fig soufflé that looked delicious from the very first glance, plus a matcha latte topped with Häagen-Dazs ice cream. Think Fruit is open 11:00 - 22:00, with last order at 21:00.

What is the atmosphere like at Think Fruit?

Thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, sunlight pours in and the Hongdae dessert café feels open, clean and cozy. The windows are huge, so you get a refreshing view of the outside.

The tables by the window are spaced generously, which made it easy to settle in comfortably with coffee and dessert.

Think Fruit makes its soufflés the moment you order, so expect about 20–30 minutes! After the wait, our drinks and the soufflé finally arrived!

The iced americano at Think Fruit was cool and nutty, so it went well with dessert. It's just the kind of flavor I like, which made me even happier with it 🖤

What does the iced matcha latte with Häagen-Dazs taste like?

The iced matcha latte (₩8,000) at Think Fruit comes topped with Häagen-Dazs ice cream, so it has a charm all its own compared with a regular matcha latte! The soft, sweet ice cream mellows the slightly bitter matcha flavor, and it works almost like a dessert.

You get the signature aroma of matcha along with the sweetness of the ice cream, so I think people who like sweet drinks will love it.

Think Fruit fig soufflé review

The thing I was looking forward to most at Think Fruit was the fig soufflé (₩20,000)! It was piled high with figs, and honestly it looked delicious from the very first look.

Häagen-Dazs ice cream sat on top too, so being able to eat figs, ice cream and soufflé in one bite was a big plus.

The texture of the fig soufflé

Above all, the texture of the fig soufflé at Think Fruit was really impressive. It was so fluffy and pillowy that it gave softly under my fork, and it was so tender in the mouth.

The sweetness of the cream on the soft soufflé, plus the figs together, made a lovely combination. If you like figs, all those figs piled on top should make it even more satisfying!

At this Hongdae dessert café I enjoyed an iced americano, a matcha latte and a fig soufflé. The soufflé was loaded with figs and topped with Häagen-Dazs ice cream, so it looked great, and above all I remembered that fluffy, tender texture.
