Gimhae Korean restaurant for early gamjatang: Ppyeodae Itneun
In short
Ppyeodae Itneun Haejangguk Juchon Branch is a Korean restaurant in Juchon, Gimhae, serving gamjatang from 6:00 AM. I tried the 35,000-won two-person gamjatang, house-made pyeonyuk, and unlimited ramen noodles. Verdict: a hearty choice for breakfast or a group meal.

A hearty meal from 6 AM
Has anyone tried ugeoji gamjatang made by a Korean cuisine master?! 👋👋👋👋👋👋👋 Maybe it is that masterful touch, but this is not the same old, one-note gamjatang (pork bone stew). It is not overpowering; it is deep, with an explosion of savory flavor—an addictive taste!! Even people with no appetite will not be able to put their spoon down.
One spoonful of the broth and even last week's hangover seems to melt away, while somehow making you want to keep drinking! Let’s gooo to Ppyeodae Itneun Haejangguk Juchon Branch (뼈대있는해장국 주촌점) for this restorative, tonic-like gamjatang and haejangguk (hangover soup)~~!!
You cannot skip breakfast
That line is so memorable at Ppyeodae Itneun Haejangguk Juchon Branch!!! It opens from 6 AM, looking after breakfast with a mother's care!! It is such a welcome place for anyone who absolutely needs breakfast, or who has finished working at dawn and cannot find anywhere to eat.

A clean, spacious interior, plus private rooms
Ppyeodae Itneun Haejangguk Juchon Branch makes you feel good from the moment you step inside because it is so clean. I do not think I have ever visited such a spotless haejangguk restaurant before!!! The interior is wonderfully roomy, fresh, and clean!!
Since the restaurant is so clean, it is a lovely place for anyone to visit alone, with family, or on a date. There are also separate private rooms, making it great for gatherings and company dinners too!!!

House-made pyeonyuk served as a side dish
They serve house-made pyeonyuk (pressed pork slices) as a basic side dish!! You do not often get the chance to eat pyeonyuk, so I was so happy to see it. Perhaps because it is house-made, it is on another level from ordinary pyeonyuk. Its wonderfully chewy texture made me even more excited. A true Korean cuisine master!! You can order it separately, too.

Two-person gamjatang with too many bones to count
Two-person gamjatang ₩35,000
I ordered the two-person gamjatang, and there were so many bones that it was hard to count them... Such incredible value!! The gamjatang tastes great, but Ppyeodae Itneun Haejangguk Juchon Branch's Korean cuisine master is generous, too!!!

When I order gamjatang, there are usually only a few bones and not much meat, so I find myself hesitating over which bone to pick... But Ppyeodae Itneun Haejangguk Juchon Branch's gamjatang is packed with big bones all the way to the bottom of the pot!! No need to overthink it—pick any bone and it will be a big one 😂😂😂😂😂 Big eaters, all of you, head to Ppyeodae Itneun Haejangguk Juchon Branch~~

Special dipping sauce, glass noodles, and unlimited ramen noodles
Dip the tender morsels of meat that melt away in your mouth into Ppyeodae Itneun Haejangguk Juchon Branch's special sauce, and it is absolute heaven!!
The ramen noodles are unlimited, but they thoughtfully include glass noodles in the stew to begin with!! Thank you!!!! *bows* The glass noodles soaked deeply in that incredibly delicious gamjatang broth are a work of art!!

You cannot have gamjatang without potatoes, right?! Haha
Unlimited ramen noodles!!! The moment you add ramen noodles, the soju keeps flowing endlessly, right?! Hahaha
