Sushi for two in Hayang, Gyeongsan: eel sushi at Sonsi Sushi Hayang
Sonsi Sushi Hayang branch is a sushi and hoedeopbap (raw fish rice bowl) restaurant right across from Hayang Station in Hayang-eup, Gyeongsan. On a weekday at 2pm, two friends shared the value set with 2 extra pieces, ankimo futomaki for 12,000 won and hoedeopbap for 9,500 won, and the eel sushi nobody expected much from turned out to be the best bite. The set also comes with udon and 4 pieces of shrimp tempura, so it was just right for two light eaters to split.
