Sushi Ian N Seolleung Station is a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant on the 2nd floor near Seolleung Station in Gangnam, Seoul, charging ₩1,990 per plate. Visiting for an evening reservation with her boyfriend, the writer kept refilling on salmon tartare rolls and aged kimchi raw fish sushi, picking only what she wanted with nothing left uneaten. A budget-friendly course that felt like affordable omakase.
