Large beach towel used as a sofa cover: Lifeclue
In short
Lifeclue Beach Towel is a large towel for summer water play and home use in Korea. I chose the 100×180cm black version for 19,500 won and also used it as a sofa cover after several washes. Verdict: it was light for its size, soft, and versatile at home.

I picked up a large beach towel to take my water-loving child out for summer water play. The Lifeclue design caught my eye because it was different from the usual stripes or checks.

How much was it, and which color did I choose?
At the time of writing the original post, it was ₩19,500, which felt reasonably priced to me. Each color had a different design, so I went back and forth between yellow and black.

I chose black because I was worried about it showing dirt. I liked the design, too.

Was the delivery packaging useful for storage, too?
The delivery felt quick.

It arrived in a shipping box that fit the product perfectly.

There was a small card inside as well.

The towel came in a clear plastic bag. The plastic was fairly thick, so rather than throwing it away, I thought it would be good for storing the towel when it was not in use.

What did the black towel design feel like?
Before unfolding it, I was a little worried about whether I would like the actual design.

Once I unfolded it, it suited my taste. It felt unusual and refreshing.

Since it is black, I felt it would work well at home in seasons beyond summer, too.

I especially liked the palm tree and cactus print in white and sky blue. It had a different mood from green plant patterns.

Was it heavy for such a large towel?
At 100×180cm, it was generously sized. It seemed roomy enough for everyone from children to adults.

I thought a towel this large might be heavy, but it felt light for its size.

I preferred this kind of print to the stripes or check patterns I often see on beach towels.

I also wanted to spread it out at the beach or pool and use it as a backdrop for photos.

How did it feel against the skin, and how thick was it?
It felt soft against my feet.

It was very thin. Fast water absorption and drying were also presented as features, but I did not time and compare them.

I also prepared it to wrap around my child if they got cold after water play.

How was it as a sofa cover at home?
I changed the sofa at home from brown leather to white fabric. It was neat, but it felt a little plain.

When I spread the beach towel over the sofa, I could use it as a décor piece, too.

Used like a sofa cover, it made home feel a bit like a resort.

It had a suede-like soft feel, so it did not feel rough against my body.

The towel also had a small tag.

Did it bleed or snag after several washes?
At first, I worried that the color might bleed onto other clothes in the wash. During the several washes I did while using it, color bleeding was not an issue and I did not see any snags. I liked its generous size, light weight, and a design that could also be used at home.
