Suyu Station BBQ restaurant, crab stew and cold noodles: Suyu Daewang

Suyu Daewang Sotttukkeong Samgyeopsal is a Korean BBQ restaurant on Dobong-ro 87-gil near Suyu Station in Gangbuk-gu, Seoul, where pork belly is grilled on a wide cauldron lid. One order of aged whole pork belly costs 29,000 won, with crab soybean paste stew at 4,900 won and bibim naengmyeon (spicy cold noodles) at 7,000 won, plus 1,000 won for broth and a separate table charge of 2,000 won per person. Suyu Daewang is less about a flashy menu and more about an old-school meat house where one meal fills you up.
