I was looking for a pub in Jungdong, Bucheon where we could have a few drinks with some light snacks, and ended up at Geumbyeol Beer Bucheon Hyundai branch (금별맥주 부천현대점)!

There are lots of group tables, so it looked great for company dinners (hoesik) and get-togethers. We saw plenty of group dinners going on the day we visited.

It was our first time at Geumbyeol Beer! We sat at a window seat and ate while watching the outdoor tables outside~

The menu was hugely varied. We ordered the shrimp and scallop bean sprout stir-fried udon and the sweet ice mango 📝

The drinks ranged from soju to draft beer to bottled beer. We were craving draft, and there were lots of draft options, which was so great haha. We kicked things off with Kirin Ichiban draft! 🤩

Free crackers from the self-service bar

The free side snack (gibon anju) at Geumbyeol Beer Bucheon Hyundai branch is crackers! No need to ask for refills, since you can take as many as you like from the self-service bar. Once you start eating them, you can't stop reaching for more....

The Kirin Ichiban draft is ₩8,900 for about 420ml. Kirin draft, wow~~ It's different from the very first sip. So smooth and cold haha.

The shrimp and scallop bean sprout stir-fried udon is ₩14,900, and the portion was big for the price!! While I was gulping down beer, our snack arrived 😙

It's piled with bonito flakes (katsuobushi) and a plateful of thin udon noodles!!! A perfect snack to go with beer.

Plump scallops, lots of them, plus shrimp too! The taste was a bit like yakisoba. Eating stir-fried udon with beer just slides down haha.

My boyfriend keeps serving me more 😍 Insanely tasty stir-fried udon, highly recommended as a beer snack!!

Dessert at a pub: sweet ice mango, ₩12,900

The sweet ice mango is ₩12,900, a dessert snack with mango overflowing beneath the ice cream. When you're drinking, you start craving ice cream for afters, right? At Geumbyeol Beer you can drink and have ice cream all in one place haha.

It wasn't just one or two pieces of mango; the mango was overflowing under the ice cream...⭐️ I thought, glad I ordered this!!

Soft mango and vanilla ice cream, such a good pairing~ The ice cream had a marshmallow texture, chewy and soft in the mouth. It was a texture of ice cream I'd never had before.

The ice cream even had bits of cheesecake studded in it! A snack that totally suited my taste haha.

Finishing with Terra draft, 500cc for ₩4,500

The Terra draft at Geumbyeol Beer Bucheon Hyundai branch is ₩4,500 for 500cc. We chatted away and ended up ordering another draft. Cheap and tasty~ It's been a while since I went to a pub with good value and good taste 👍🏻
