Paju Heyri restaurant 59,000-won set for two: Mokushura Table
In short
Mokushura Table is a roughly 400-pyeong, three-floor pasta and pizza restaurant on Heyrimaeul-gil in Paju, Gyeonggi. On a weekday right at opening, we sat on the second floor and ordered the set for two (salad + pizza + pasta + 2 drinks, 59,000 won), which came as manjo salad with flat-iron beef, pescatore pasta, and margherita pizza. The matte noodles that held the sauce and the paper-thin pizza dough stood out, and apart from Mokushura Table having no dedicated parking lot, it makes a good Heyri date course.

There are actually two Mokushura locations in Paju — one is the Heyri restaurant, the other is a café in Jori-eup! This time I visited the Heyri restaurant, Mokushura Table.

If you're a couple who loves pasta or pizza, or you want to take photos in Heyri and get a meal done in one date, this is the Heyri restaurant for you! Here's my review of Mokushura Table's two-person set — salad, pasta, and pizza!

Where do you park at Mokushura Table in Heyri?
Mokushura Table in Paju has no dedicated parking lot 😭 A lot of people drive to Heyri Village restaurants, so this was one small downside. That said, there are plenty of vacant lots and public parking nearby, so we didn't have any real trouble — we ended up parking in the vacant lot right in front of the restaurant!

Inside Mokushura Table: the atmosphere
The vibe is artistic ~~~~~✨ Stepping inside, sunlight pours in through the floor-to-ceiling windows and green plants are dotted everywhere, giving it a warm overall feeling 🌿

Mokushura Table is a pretty large restaurant — about 400 pyeong total, spread across three floors!

The first floor is the restaurant's signature space, blending a European vibe with plants — brick, big windows, and greenery together made it a really great atmosphere for a date.
Three floors at Mokushura Table — where should you sit?

We took the elevator up to check out the second and third floors first! Since we came on a weekday right at opening time, luckily there were no other customers yet, so we could shoot photos comfortably.

The second floor has a kids zone and baby chairs, so you can spend time there with little ones.
From the third floor you can look out over Heyri Village, which felt really atmospheric, and there was even a door out to a terrace — the vibe there was absolutely amazing!

Oh, one thing! It said that the third floor is café-only — no pasta or pizza meals up there!
Why we ate on the second floor

The window seats were so pretty that we almost sat there, but once the sun hit it got warmer than expected haha 😂 So we ended up picking a seat further inside instead of by the window — the place itself was pretty enough that the atmosphere was still great.
What comes in Mokushura Table's 59,000-won set for two?
💜 Two-person set 💜 Salad + pizza + pasta + 2 drinks, ₩59,000
How was the manjo salad with flat-iron beef?

The manjo salad in the two-person set came in a slightly smaller portion than the single-order menu size, with a +₩3,000 add-on. It came with grilled vegetables and meat on top, and I liked that the vegetables were fresh overall.

The steak in particular was tender. It wasn't chewy at all — just the right softness — and paired really well with the fresh vegetables. This dish had pretty high satisfaction overall.
Pescatore pasta: sauce clinging to every noodle

For pasta I chose the pescatore, a tomato-based dish with littleneck clams, shrimp, and lobster meat.

I make pasta at home a lot, usually with high-quality imported Italian noodles! But when I tried Mokushura Table's pasta, the sauce didn't slide off the noodles at all — it clung on beautifully, with that slightly rough, matte texture you get from good-quality pasta. I loved it!

There was also a lot of garlic in it, cooked not to the point of completely melting but with a bit of a crisp bite still left.
Margherita pizza with paper-thin dough

Visually, the margherita pizza looked like the familiar basil-and-mozzarella style — but when I picked up a slice, I was genuinely shocked. The dough is really, really thin 😂

It's not much of an exaggeration to say it was baked crisp enough to feel almost paper-thin.

If you're into thin, crispy pizza, this one might be right up your alley.
Set drinks and the 15% military, police and firefighter discount

On the left, grapefruit ade at ₩8,000 (not selectable within the set); on the right, green grape ade for a +₩1,500 add-on within the set.

They offer a 15% discount for military, police, and firefighters, which honestly touched me 🥲 We'd planned to get an iced americano to go after the meal, but we walked out so happily full that we both totally forgot about it haha. We only remembered on the way home... 😂 sad story.
If you want to enjoy pasta with a pretty space in a Paju Heyri restaurant, take note of the menu style and parking info before you go — it's well worth the visit 🩵
