How does Hwanggeum Mulhoe taste? The fish and the broth

The first thing I saw when I opened the lid was the generously piled raw fish. The portion was plenty and you could taste the freshness. The broth was sweet-sour and cool without being strong, with just the right amount of savory depth, so it went really well with the fish.

The broth packing is a work of art, right? Mixed together with the crunchy vegetables, the texture was great, and it's the perfect dish for a sweltering summer day when you have no appetite. Best of all, the fish wasn't tough but chewy, so I enjoyed it down to the last bite.
