Seohae Korean restaurant meal with siraegi pollock: Hangsangcharim
Hangsangcharim Kodari Myeongga Ruwon City Branch is a braised pollock restaurant in Seohae, Incheon. My friend and I enjoyed siraegi braised pollock, pot-cooked rice, and plenty of side dishes; the seasoning was pleasantly spicy rather than overwhelming. Verdict: pair the siraegi pollock with the pot-cooked rice.
