The salt choco financier balanced sweet chocolate with a salty edge, and it was impressive. It wasn't too sweet, so it was easy to eat, and with an americano the sweet-and-salty appeal really shone. If you like financiers, I'd recommend trying this one.

The cream cheese financier had the soft richness of cream cheese and felt very dessert-like, while the nuts financier kept a nutty crunch that made it fun to chew.
