Phodam Jeonju City Hall Branch is a Vietnamese pho restaurant near Jeonju City Hall in Jeonju, Jeonbuk. On the last day of my trip, I had brisket pho, shank pho, fried spring rolls, and ready-rolled fresh spring rolls; everything arrived quickly and the broth was deep yet clean. Verdict: an easy, comforting meal after rich travel food.
