The writer, whose shoulders had rounded and whose neck and trapezius muscles were always stiff from caring for a baby, had the 70-minute Brain Detox Head Spa (77,000 won), which moved from frequency care and hands-on massage for the neck and shoulders to scalp scaling and water therapy. One session at Enne Brain Spa won't completely change your body, but the course suits parents who want neck, shoulder and scalp care in one visit.

Four-generation meal at a Jinju naengmyeon restaurant: Song Giwon

Song Giwon Jinju Naengmyeon Main Branch is a first-generation Jinju naengmyeon (cold buckwheat noodle) restaurant in Sangdae-dong, Jinju, Gyeongnam. Four generations of women (grandmother, mother, the writer and her baby) shared Sunjo 1800 mul naengmyeon (noodles in cold broth), Song Giwon 1997 seokkeum naengmyeon (mixed-style noodles) and Ujeon, pan-fried hanwoo beef yukjeon. Song Giwon Jinju Naengmyeon turns tables fast with Tabling remote queuing and has baby chairs, making it an easy pick for a meal with elders and little ones.

Baby-friendly Italian restaurant in Sejong Eojin-dong: Olibus gnocchi

Olibus (올리부스) is an Italian restaurant in the SBC Center on Gareum-ro in Eojin-dong, Sejong. A group of five, including two babies, shared the signature potato soup at 9,900 won, sweet pumpkin gnocchi at 18,900 won, steak cream risotto at 18,900 won and a Margherita pizza at 17,900 won, and extra baby chairs arrived as soon as they were requested. The potato soup was the dish to order at Olibus, while the sweet pumpkin gnocchi is sweet enough to divide opinion.
