What kind of bakery café is Pine Terrace?
Pine Terrace is a bakery café in Wondang, Deogyang-gu, Goyang. I went with my partner for the weekend!!!! It's close to where I live, so we came out for a little weekend trip! As a total bread lover (a "bread girl"), I went looking for a bakery café, and my heart was pounding wondering how many yummy breads there would be, ugh.

How many kinds of bread does Pine Terrace have?
The moment you walk into Pine Terrace, the smell of bread hits you. My eyes went wide as soon as I arrived, ugh. There were SO many kinds of bread besides these! I tried to carefully pick only 3 of them... Just as you'd expect from a Goyang bakery café, there was a big variety of everything, nice nice. Just looking at the breads, I was full but also somehow hungry, haha. I quickly took photos and made my picks!

Pine Terrace drinks: fruit juice and grapefruit ade
Pine Terrace's fruit juices are made with real fruit, not syrup. I really love fruit juice, and kiwi juice is my favorite, but I'd had some at home before coming, so I picked a grapefruit ade. An ade is great with bread when it feels dry in your throat. Next time I'll try the juice. Kiwi juice I love, wait for me next weekend,,

Which bagel was good at Pine Terrace?
The best thing at Pine Terrace was the salmon bagel. Wow, I'm a bagel girl, hehe, and the bagels and sandwiches here looked delicious. I'd eaten a meal at home and was full, but they looked so good that I grabbed a bagel too!

I'm crazy about salmon, so when I saw a salmon bagel I picked it right away. It really was the best. Even now, writing this blog post, I want it again, ugh. I'll have to ask my partner to go again this weekend!!

My partner likes jambon (ham) bagels, so next time we should try that one too. I'd still go for the salmon bagel, of course. Ordering one each would be so good. It could even replace lunch. They're bigger than you'd expect, so they're filling.

Can you switch to decaf?
At Pine Terrace you can change your coffee to decaf, so even pregnant women can totally have coffee. The menu is varied too, so there are plenty of drinks for kids.

Are there meal breads too?
Over on the other side of the shop, there were lots of meal breads too! My older sister likes those, so I should buy some for her next time (will I, though). Warmed in an air fryer with cream cheese spread on top, so good...

Everything looked so delicious that choosing just two or three was the hard part. It'd be even better to come with several people and share. I wanted a little taste of everything, and being just the two of us was such a shame, ugh. I recommend it as a Wondang gem. Wondang is where my paternal grandmother used to live, and it has changed so much these days... I wish I could have come with Grandma~~~

Is Pine Terrace hot in summer?
Pine Terrace has floor-to-ceiling windows, but the air conditioning is blasting, so it's cool. Bread plus a drink, totally doable. Instead of staying hot at home in summer, come enjoy brunch in front of the cool AC.

My final picks: soft roll, salmon bagel, sausage bread
Drumroll... what I chose at Pine Terrace: a soft roll, a salmon bagel and sausage bread!!!! I picked for my taste, not my partner's. Even at Paris Baguette sausage bread is my favorite, and Pine Terrace's sausage bread is the best, ugh. I'd eaten a meal before, so this was meant as a snack, but I was so full, haha.

Is Pine Terrace good with kids?
Pine Terrace has a nature-friendly view and baby chairs, so it's a good place to bring babies. When my little niece is older, I want to bring her to roll around here, hehe.

The seating is roomy, so you can stay comfortably, which is even better. With baby chairs available, you can enjoy it easily with a baby!

On the stairs there are plants, which I love, ta-da. I've been growing plants at home lately, so I spot them everywhere I go. There was a big plant, which made it even better, ugh.

Pine Terrace Wi-Fi, lemon water and forks and knives
As a big café, Pine Terrace has Wi-Fi, so you can watch YouTube while eating bread. I don't really like plain water, but Pine Terrace serves lemon water, which is so refreshing that I like it even more, ugh. Forks and knives are there too, so it's easy to cut and share. You can just take them without asking, which is extra convenient >_<

There are chickens and ducks outside too
When I went outside Pine Terrace, there were chickens and ducks(?). They were well looked after, which I found amazing. If kids come, there's something to look at, so even just visiting the café feels like a trip to an animal farm. Very good!
