What Garuseonsaeng Seoritae Chocolate soy milk tastes like to someone who hates soy milk

Just so you know, I really dislike soy milk! But this Garuseonsaeng Seoritae powdered soy milk doesn't taste like soy milk at all, so it was actually delicious. Especially the chocolate flavor — perfect for my kid-level taste buds haha. It tastes like a low-sugar, zero-sugar chocolate milk! Even people who hate soy milk will enjoy this haha. I genuinely never buy soy milk with my own money...

The powdered soy milk comes with a spoon like this — you measure it out with this spoon and drink it.

Does 2 scoops in 180ml of cold water dissolve without clumps?
The method is super simple! Add 2 scoops with the measuring spoon to 180ml of water. I tried stirring with chopsticks and also shaking it in a lidded bottle, and even with cold water it dissolved really well. It doesn't dissolve instantly the moment you add the powder — you do need to mix it a bit.
There was one more thing I liked. The soybeans are domestic. If you look at most products with soybeans, they're usually from China. I honestly thought soybeans only came from China...? Turns out there's domestic soybean too haha.
Also, Garuseonsaeng Seoritae Chocolate is made with only 4 ingredients! Cocoa powder, domestic soybeans, sea salt, and unrefined sugar — just those four! So the ingredients are solid. Each cup has 6.2g of protein too, so it's great as a breakfast substitute haha (6.2g protein = about 1.6 egg whites). The shelf life is nearly 9 months from the delivery date, so there's plenty of time.

Having a water purifier at home is so convenient. I filled it up exactly to 180ml haha.

Into the water I poured

2 scoops with the measuring spoon! Add the powdered soy milk in — be careful not to spill the powder. I'm a bit clumsy so I ended up spilling some haha.

Stir it vigorously with the water and powder together, and it fully dissolves within a minute! The color's really deep, right?

Drinking Garuseonsaeng Seoritae Chocolate instead of breakfast
I thought, how good could a chocolate-flavored soy milk really be — but after trying it once, I've been drinking it every morning since haha. Because it's genuinely so convenient...
Honestly when I wake up in the morning, I'm too lazy to bother eating, so I lie around for a while thinking about maybe eating something, and by then I'm starving. But laziness wins and I end up eating nothing haha. I figured staying empty-stomached that long probably isn't great, so I mixed up the Garuseonsaeng Seoritae Chocolate soy milk, and it was gentle on my stomach and good. I personally like chocolate, but there are lots of other flavors, so if you don't like chocolate you can just pick a different one.

How does this even look this good mixed with just water haha? If someone saw it they'd think it was mixed with milk! It's this rich without milk... I'll have to try mixing it with milk sometime too. I bet with milk it'd taste less like zero-sugar chocolate milk and more like regular chocolate milk!!

Can children drink Garuseonsaeng Seoritae soy milk powder?
A Garuseonsaeng Seoritae pamphlet came along with it, for reference. It's suitable for kids from age 1 and up, so it seems great for children too! Especially since kids only eat what tastes good haha. It's a 100% plant-based convenience food made with natural whole ingredients rather than synthetic additives, so it seems safe to give to kids too! I don't exercise, so I need to be intentional about what I eat, and this works out really well haha.

Glass-jar meal-prep tip for Garuseonsaeng Seoritae Chocolate
Drinking it from a regular cup is fine, but it's much~ more convenient in a lidded container like this! I originally bought this glass jar to make berry smoothies haha, and I use it for measuring when cooking and for any drink that needs measuring. No aesthetic vibes, but pure convenience! Recommended for anyone who's lazy like me haha!!
For the chocolate soy milk too, I measured 2 scoops into this glass jar, added 180ml of water, shook it about 10 times, and drank it right away. It dissolves really well. No clumping of the powder either.

You don't notice it while drinking, but looking at it like this you can see a hint of the soy milk feel haha.
Garuseonsaeng Seoritae is running a discount through September 21, so check it out. If you're lactose intolerant, milk gives you a stomachache, right? No need to worry about that with this haha. I keep it like meal prep in my Hello Kitchen glass jar — I fill it with 2 scoops of the chocolate soy milk powder ahead of time, then just add water and shake it in the morning!! This is a total pro tip, so give it a try.
