I used the Lifeclue quick-dry beach towel for wrapping around my child during water play or covering up while resting. Its generous size meant it could work as a towel or like a blanket.
What are the material feel and thickness like?
It is made of microfiber and felt soft, almost like suede. It was slim and light, and the bright design caught my eye too.
The edges had an overlock finish. The stitching looked careful, so I thought it would be fine for frequent washing after water play.
It weighs 363 g, with a fabric weight of 200 gsm. It felt light for its size, and even when wet, it stayed soft to the touch. I also found that it dried fairly quickly during use.
What sizes and designs are available?
There are four versions—red, green, yellow, and black—and they all come in the same 100×180 size. When spread out, the picture-like design filled the towel and made it feel as if we were at a resort.
How was it when I wrapped it around my child after water play?
We first used it at a park music fountain. The water playground had not opened yet when we visited, but we could still play in the music fountain.
Even on a hot day, my child got cold after coming out of the cold water, so I wrapped the towel around them. The bright design looked lovely in photos too.
When wrapped around the body after water play, it felt comfortable rather than damp and clammy. My child liked that it did not cling to their body and said it felt cozy.
Can it be used as something to lie on while resting?
After my child went back into the fountain for another round of play, we spread the towel on the wooden platform and lay down. They must have loved the soft texture, because they wanted to rest that way on the way home too.
