Where is Wareureu Mansion Bangi Branch, and when does it open?

Wareureu Mansion Bangi Branch (와르르맨숀 방이점) is on the 2nd floor of a building in the Bangi food alley, at 11-8 Ogeum-ro 11-gil, Songpa-gu, Seoul. It is open daily 14:00–03:00, until 4 am on Fridays and Saturdays, and it takes groups, reservations and parking.

My drinking buddy kept telling me this place has loads of tasty dishes and said we should go next time, so this was Wareureu Mansion Bangi Branch! We set up another impromptu weekday meetup around Bangi Station's food alley, and I finally made it.

It's near Jamsil Station, on the 2nd floor of a building in the Bangi food alley.

There are so many tables and the place is so spacious that groups would be comfortable here, and the vibe is great too ✨

What did two of us order for a second round?

The two of us ordered three dishes: cream jjamppong (spicy seafood noodle soup), whole fried mozzarella with wedge potatoes, and the signature Wareureu Yogurt. The menu is huge and varied, and everything looked so good that I couldn't decide... We came for a second round, but we ended up ordering three dishes one after another 🐷

The complimentary side at Wareureu Mansion Bangi Branch is macaroni salad. Loaded with mayo, it's rich, moist and sweet, a seriously tasty snack 🍀

How big and how good is the ₩19,900 cream jjamppong?

The Wareureu Banjeom Cream Jjamppong is ₩19,900 and comes with generous noodles and scallops. Our first order arrived.

It has noodles and scallops, and there's plenty of both noodles and broth, with quite a lot of scallops too. The broth is nicely rich, just spicy enough, and thick in a good way. So, so delicious. This amount at this quality for under ₩20,000!

First I picked the meat out of the scallop shells so I could eat in peace! Then you end up spooning up the broth nonstop, and it's the kind of flavor where you want to add rice and turn it into risotto 💗 Highly recommended if you like cream jjamppong.

How was the whole fried mozzarella with wedge potatoes?

The whole fried mozzarella (2 pcs) with wedge potatoes is ₩10,900. Next we ordered whole fried mozzarella in the style of Chili's cheese sticks (I've never actually had Chili's cheese sticks, haha) and wedge potatoes.

The mozzarella is firm, and the sauce that comes with it is sneaky good. The fries come drizzled with Puringkle (a popular Korean seasoning powder) sauce, and since they come out freshly fried you get hot, soft and crispy all at once. Delicious.

Finishing with the signature Wareureu Yogurt

The Wareureu Yogurt (signature) is a ₩14,500 yogurt ice cream. Our last order was yogurt ice cream, perfect for freshening your mouth and sobering up.

There are two kinds of yogurt ice cream, and we went with the basic signature. It's topped with chocolate coating, honey, granola and Shine Muscat grapes, so it's sweet and even refreshing, a perfect dish to close the night!

Two women ate three dishes and drank 3 bottles of soju at Wareureu Mansion Bangi Branch, and the bill was only ₩60,000. Two of us came for a second round and demolished three dishes at this Bangi food alley bar. Good value and tasty 👍🏻💯💘

Open every day from 2 pm, so you can even drink in the daytime. A perfectly well-rounded bar. I'll definitely be back!
