Isn't the clean, modern exterior of Minimale Coffee Roaster pretty haha. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows let you see straight through inside, giving it an open, refreshing feel.

Not just the outside — the inside is pretty too. The metallic steel interior is great! Having professional grinders for handling specialty beans on display really raises expectations for the coffee haha. You order quickly and easily via the kiosk to the right of the counter.

Is Minimale's seating good for laptop work?

The Helsinki Latte, Ttaengmoban, and desserts I ordered arrived! From the visuals to the color harmony, everything was so pretty I took several photos before eating!

The signature Au Chocolat Babka has a rich, chewy chocolate coating on the outside that's really appealing. On top there's even edible gold leaf, giving it an even more luxurious feel. Between the moist pastry layers, chocolate and a fresh orange aroma come together for deep flavor.

The Portuguese-style egg tart has vivid, visible pastry layers. Bite in and the outside is crisp while the custard cream inside is soft and jiggly. Mildly sweet and nutty, it pairs perfectly with the drinks. You have to order it.

Here's the signature Helsinki Latte, with milk and espresso forming beautiful layers. The smoothness of the milk and the nutty, weighty body of the espresso are truly a work of art. There's a subtle sweetness that's never overwhelming, so you can enjoy it all the way through.

A cool, sweet Ttaengmoban (watermelon juice) that chases away the summer heat. It doesn't taste like artificial syrup — more like fresh raw watermelon blended straight in? It's full of the sweetness of real watermelon. The moment you take a sip, refreshing coolness spreads through your mouth — nothing beats it as a summer drink.
