Lemangdoré Gwanghwamun is a bakery café at 17 Mugyo-ro, near Gwanghwamun Station, open daily 08:00–21:00. The desserts and coffee are both so, so good that I just had to recommend it. The moment you walk into Lemangdoré Gwanghwamun, a huge variety of delicious-looking desserts greets you. It has the clean look I love and it's a big café, so I really liked it, and the vibe seems perfect for a date~!

Lemangdoré Gwanghwamun sells goods too, so if something catches your eye, it might be worth grabbing one^^ Honestly I'd love a tumbler, but the sad truth is I already have way too many at home T_T Wait for me, tumbler, I'll come pick you up next time~!

Does Lemangdoré Gwanghwamun have a good range of drinks and bakes?

Lemangdoré Gwanghwamun had a really wide range of coffee, drinks and teas, and there were lots of coffee beans too, so choosing was fun, haha

I came to the café before a meal, so I was looking for something light to eat, and it felt like every trendy bakery item out there was gathered in one place.

I really wanted to try the choco baguette, so I'm going with coffee and a choco baguette^^ It's packed with chocolate inside, so if you have a sweet tooth, it's one of those desserts I'd recommend without question~!

I think it'd also be great to pick a variety and have them as a meal replacement, or to share among several people~!

What's the seating like at Lemangdoré Gwanghwamun?

Lemangdoré Gwanghwamun has seats from the 1st floor to the 3rd, and it's really spacious and comfortable. It was a weekend, and there were so many foreign visitors~!

I loved the big-window view, and there's a spot where you can sit alone too, which made it even better, haha

I went all the way up to the 3rd floor, wondering where to sit with my tasty coffee and dessert, but I liked the 2nd-floor seats best, so I'm having my dessert and coffee on the 2nd floor^^

How do the iced americano, oat latte and choco baguette taste?

What I ordered at Lemangdoré Gwanghwamun was an iced americano, an iced oat latte and a choco baguette. Let's dig into this neat little selection, haha It seems to sell only the trendy desserts, which I liked, and next time I want to try other kinds of bakery items too^^

My friend is an americano person, so she picked a cold one, and I've been obsessed with oat lately, so I always switch my latte to oat^^

Oat latte: nutty and great with desserts

The oat latte at Lemangdoré Gwanghwamun is so nutty and tasty, great as a meal replacement, and it seems to go well with all the desserts^^

You know it's only really good when you mix the coffee and milk together well, right? And once you love oat lattes, it's hard to go back to a regular latte, dun dun!!

Choco baguette: packed with chocolate inside

And now the main event, the choco baguette. I'd only ever seen it on Instagram, and trying it in person, it was filled with chocolate, so it was sweet and went so well with coffee, haha

I like baguettes in general and chocolate even more, so the choco baguette is honestly one of my favorite desserts.

My friend tried it and said it was so good, and the two of us finished the baguette in a flash even though it was before a meal, don't tell anyone, haha

If you haven't had lunch yet, ordering coffee and a variety of desserts to share would make a great one-meal substitute, and the bakery items are varied and so delicious that I recommend it^^
