☺️ Today after work I had a long-awaited meetup near Munjeong Station! My friend suggested finding a place where we could eat both beef and beef intestines together, so here's the record of where we went — recommending it as a Munjeong-dong beef restaurant!

When a restaurant feels vaguely greasy and cramped, I just don't go. Soshin Charcoal Grill Munjeong Station Branch has wide table spacing and a genuinely clean interior, so the whole meal felt comfortable without any stuffiness.

We ordered the 'Soshin great-value beef platter (450g)' to cover both our appetites, 'beef ramyeon' as a side, and 'Fanta Zero' to drink.
Tasting the charcoal beef platter and beef ramyeon at Soshin
The charcoal heat was so strong the meat cooked in no time! I've been to a few BBQ places where the charcoal setup was a hassle, so having it ready right away was great. When you're in a bad mood, nothing beats sitting in front of meat...!
The moment a piece of beef hit my mouth and melted away, it felt like all my stress just vanished. (*Among the basic side dishes, the green onion kimchi is genuinely delicious. It's sweet and spicy like it's got soda in it.)
After finishing the meat, we ordered beef ramyeon (instant noodle soup) to finish, and it had plenty of meat with a deep, spicy broth. The cheongyang chili hit my throat on the very first bite and made me choke a little, but that's how spicy and delicious it was — it cut through the richness of the meat perfectly at the end. We ate happily for about an hour and a half total. Thanks to the friendly owner and staff for the great service!

Overall rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The location is so easy to find, just a 3-minute walk from Munjeong Station, and the atmosphere and service were really comfortable. Above all, the friendly staff made it even better!
