Where is Eulsam Hof Euljiro Main Branch?

Eulsam Hof Euljiro Main Branch is a draft beer pub (hof) on the 1st floor of 50 Supyo-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul, one minute from Exit 11 of Euljiro 3-ga Station on Lines 2 and 3. It is open daily from 5 PM to 1 AM, and groups are welcome.

I visited Hip-jiro (hip Euljiro) for the first time in a while~ And of course it's buzzing even on a weekday~ I went to Eulsam Hof, a draft beer place that recently opened near Euljiro 3-ga Station~ I think I ran there like a maniac after work haha. These days an after-work drink just tastes so good to me~~

What are the vibe and draft beer prices at Eulsam Hof?

Eulsam Hof feels totally retro from the moment you walk in, like an old-school Euljiro pub. I was surprised by the pamphlet out front: the draft beer is cheaper than the food prices.

A place where you pick the pour before the beer

Eulsam Hof's draft beer is divided into 4 types of pour: Foam Foam, Sulsul, Toktok and Taktak. There was a beer master sign at the entrance, so I got excited~~ Usually you order a type of beer, but at this Euljiro 3-ga pub you look at the pour first~

Is Eulsam Hof okay for drinking alone?

Eulsam Hof was a bit quiet at weekday after-work hours, so it was fine for a solo drink. I scanned the QR code at my seat and ordered grilled cuttlefish and the signature beer you can only drink at Eulsam Hof.

Eulsam Hof has a long bar stretching along the side, and the wall in front of it is covered in graffiti left by guests. The cuttlefish seemed to take a while to grill, so I took some photos before the food came~~ I put my name on the wall too~ haha It has an old-school feel, which I loved~ Finding a spot is half the fun~~ There are decorations on the wall too, so it never got boring~~

There are lamps on the wall and a boiler too?? I thought it was decoration, but it was a real boiler hahaha wow

What does the signature Eulsam beer taste like?

Eulsam beer is the signature beer Eulsam Hof says it brews itself. It is the color of barley tea, a bit like a dark beer, with a barley finish. It was unusual and tasty, though people may be divided on it.

Finally I try the Eulsam beer I ordered~ They said they made it themselves as the signature menu, so I took a sip~ The color was barley tea, and it tasted a bit like a dark beer with a barley finish. Unusual and delicious~ I've had regular Cass or Red Rock, but this one might divide people~ I enjoyed it so much~ Maybe because it was freshly poured, it was so cold, and the glass was thin so it went down smoothly~~

What comes with the grilled cuttlefish at Eulsam Hof?

The cuttlefish at Eulsam Hof arrived after about 5 minutes of waiting, served with lemon, cabbage and two sauces: mayo and ssamjang (seasoned soybean paste). The grilled cuttlefish was wonderfully chewy.

After about 5 minutes, the cuttlefish finally arrived!! Super chewy, totally my style~ I love chewy textures and dried seafood snacks~ It's protein too, and being grilled it looked even tastier~ They gave lemon too, so I squeezed that on first~ There was cabbage behind it, and the cabbage was tasty even plain~ And they gave two sauces, mayo and ssamjang~ Perfect combo, right? hahaha

First I tore up some cabbage and dipped it in the mayo~ Absolutely delicious~ Cabbage is good dipped in ssamjang and good plain too~ It was a simple snack but surprisingly filling~ And drinking alone here is totally doable, which I loved~ The atmosphere was so comfortable~

Is Eulsam Hof good for a second round or a solo drink?

For a second round at Eulsam Hof you can order just beer, and for a solo drink one snack is plenty. I hear it gets crowded on weekends and foreign guests come too, so if you're in Euljiro 3-ga, I hope you'll enjoy the atmosphere at Eulsam Hof.
