I'd heard they use 1++ grade hanwoo, so my expectations were high, and from the first bite I understood why so many people come here.

The striploin had tender texture and plenty of juice, and the short rib got nuttier the more I chewed. The brisket was light yet rich, the flavor filling my whole mouth, and I kept reaching for more.
