Yeouido gyukatsu restaurant after a Han River outing: sharing at Izawa
Izawa Yeouido Direct Store is a sirloin gyukatsu (breaded beef cutlet) restaurant on the 2nd floor of Yeouido Jonghap Sangga, by Exit 5 of Yeouido Station in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul. After a Han River outing, the writer walked in at 5:10pm on a Sunday and ordered the A Set (gyukatsu set + steki set + drink) for 36,500 won, and the two dishes differed enough in texture that two diners are better off sharing than ordering the same thing. The beef was never tough and melted in the mouth, making Izawa a 100% return visit.
