Pizza and pasta in Mapo, Seoul for three: Pizzeria O
In short
Pizzeria O Hapjeong Station is a pizza and pasta restaurant about a five-minute walk from Exit 2 of Hapjeong Station in Mapo, Seoul. Three of us shared a Quattro Formaggi pizza, Gambari Rose Crema, and puttanesca, and the portion was just right. The rich cheese, seafood-scented rosé sauce, and lightly spicy tomato pasta worked well together.

I visited Pizzeria O Hapjeong Station (핏제리아오 합정역점) near Hapjeong Station for pizza and pasta. I was interested by its introduction mentioning an award from the Pizza World Cup, and the three of us shared one cheese pizza and two pasta dishes.

How do you get there from Hapjeong Station, and is parking available?
The restaurant is on the first floor at 14-5 Yanghwa-ro 11-gil, Mapo-gu, Seoul, South Korea. It is about a five-minute walk from Exit 2 of Hapjeong Station. It does not provide parking validation, so drivers need to use a nearby paid parking lot.
The hours listed in the original post are 11:00–21:30 from Tuesday through Sunday, with last orders at 20:30. There is a break from 15:00–17:00 Tuesday through Friday, and it is closed on Mondays.

What was the atmosphere like?
The interior was compact and neatly arranged. I liked its simple atmosphere. The restaurant information in the original post says reservations and group visits are available, and that it has high chairs.

According to the restaurant introduction, its dough is made with Italian flour, water, salt, and yeast, aged for 72 hours, then baked in a 485°C wood-fired oven. When I ate it, the texture of the dough stood out alongside the cheese.
What are the menu prices like?
There were many options beyond pizza, including pasta, salads, and sides, so it took time to choose. Based on the menu list in the original post, pizzas were ₩17,900–₩29,900 and pastas were ₩15,900–₩29,900.

- Quattro Formaggi: ₩20,900
- Gambari Rose Crema: ₩17,900
- Puttanesca: ₩24,900

How much pizza and pasta did three people order?
We ordered one Quattro Formaggi pizza, one Gambari Rose Crema, and one puttanesca. This combination was just the right amount for the three of us.

We also ordered two Zero Colas. Pickles and honey were served with the meal, though I do not know whether the honey was provided because we ordered a cheese pizza. I liked the combination of honey with the pizza.
What did the Gambari Rose Crema taste like?
Gambari Rose Crema is a signature pasta made with bisque sauce simmered with seafood for a long time. I could smell the seafood as soon as the food arrived, and I liked the sauce's deep savory flavor. The presentation and plate also caught my attention.

It was ₩17,900. Considering both the flavor and presentation, I was satisfied.
Was the Quattro Formaggi too rich?
I considered several cheese-forward dishes before choosing the Quattro Formaggi. It is a pizza topped with four cheeses, with a creamy, rich cheese flavor and aroma.

I do not usually eat a lot of pizza, but I kept reaching for it. It was not too rich for my taste, and the cheese's own flavor came through clearly. I also liked the dough, making it one of the dishes that stayed with me from this meal.
Did the puttanesca go well with the cheese pizza?
Puttanesca is a pasta made with anchovies, olives, capers, tomatoes, and more. It had a lightly spicy, salty savory flavor, and it was good to alternate with the cheese pizza.

After eating the puttanesca, the rosé pasta made the spiciness feel much gentler. The rosé pasta's firm noodle texture went well with its substantial sauce.

I was satisfied with all three dishes we ordered. We could enjoy rich cheese, the savory seafood sauce, and the gentle heat of the tomato pasta together, and the portion suited three people well.
