I was craving meat today so I went to Muhan Paldo Daepae Uijeongbu Millak Branch. I usually love daepae samgyeopsal (thin-sliced pork belly), but this time I wanted to try a bunch of different cuts instead of sticking to just one, so I looked for an all-you-can-eat meat place and this is where I ended up!! They said you could enjoy everything from daepae pork belly to pork neck, flower pork belly, and beef brisket, so I went in with high expectations haha.

How many cars fit in the parking lot at Muhan Paldo Daepae?

I drove there, and there was a parking lot set up behind the Muhan Paldo Daepae Uijeongbu Millak Branch building. It could fit about 5 cars. It's not a huge lot, so it seems worth checking the parking situation depending on when you visit.

I'd always passed by this spot on my way to Daiso but this was my first time actually coming in!

Walking in, the first thing I saw was the waiting area. They had hutgae tea (hovenia fruit tea) and coffee set up for after the meal, to cleanse the palate.

True to an all-you-can-eat meat restaurant, the atmosphere felt casual and comfortable, and it seemed like a good spot to visit with family or friends. It's especially spacious, so it would work well as a group dinner venue too.

If you're trying to decide on dinner and want to eat until you're full, this is a good place to consider.

There was also a kids' zone, and it looked clean, which I liked.

That day we ordered the all-you-can-eat set for two.

Muhan Paldo Daepae serves a total of 6 types of meat: daepae pork belly, daepae pork neck, flower pork belly, frozen pork belly, Korean daepae pork, and beef brisket daepae.

Sticking to just one type of meat can get a little boring after a while, but here you get to pick from a variety, which I liked. It's a menu that works well whether you're a die-hard daepae pork belly fan or someone who wants to mix in other cuts like pork neck or beef brisket.

What impressed me was that beyond the meat, ramyeon (instant noodles) and fried rice are also unlimited. Sometimes you crave ramyeon in the middle of eating meat, or want to finish off with fried rice, so having these ready as well made for a really filling meal.

They also had 8 signature Paldo sauces, so it was fun mixing and matching the meat with different sauces. The same meat can taste completely different depending on the sauce, so it's worth trying a few combinations.

As an add-on, you can get hot pot rice for an extra ₩2,000, and they also offer an unlimited soju option. If you want meat and rice together, the hot pot rice seems like a great match.

There's tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes) and a slushie machine too.

They also had various vegetables and bread set up, so you can make something like a burger with the meat haha.

Finally, we started grilling. The daepae pork belly was sliced thin, so it cooked quickly on the grill.

I'd come in hungry, and since the meat cooked fast, I didn't have to wait long. Picking up a nicely browned piece of daepae pork belly, I could taste a savory flavor and enjoy that soft texture unique to thin-sliced meat.

Daepae meat is great wrapped in lettuce, and also tastes great dipped in sauce, so there were plenty of ways to enjoy it.

Alternating between daepae pork neck, flower pork belly, beef brisket, and other cuts made it fun to compare each texture and flavor. If we'd only ordered one item it might have felt a bit monotonous, but since it's all-you-can-eat, we could pick whatever meat we wanted, which was satisfying.

Pairing ramyeon with the meat partway through turned out to be a pretty solid combo. The hot ramyeon broth went really well with the meat, and being able to enjoy something different mid-meal made everything feel even more filling.

At the end, we even got to have fried rice, so it was great being able to handle both meat and a proper meal in one visit.

We worked hard through the slushie and ham too haha. When people think of an all-you-can-eat meat restaurant, they usually just imagine eating a lot of meat, but the advantage here was being able to enjoy a variety of meat types plus ramyeon and fried rice together. I think it's a great place to visit for a family meal, a casual dinner with friends, or any day you want to eat until you're stuffed.
