Hwarodam Yang Kkochi Magok is a charcoal-grilled lamb restaurant about five minutes on foot from Balsan Station in Gangseo, Seoul. I tried shoulder rack lamb chops, lamb loin skewers, and fried eggplant; the lamb was tender, the skewers pleasantly chewy, and the portions generous enough to take some home.
