In short

Robenta Seongsu is a couple ring workshop near Seongsu Station Exit 3 in Seoul. A couple picked one of a 30-year veteran designer's designs and finished their own silver couple rings with staff guidance; because the rings were not plated, Robenta Seongsu called to say they were ready after about a 10-minute break. With a package that includes a quality certificate, polishing cloth and a commemorative Polaroid, Robenta Seongsu made a very satisfying Seongsu date.

Unique designs by a designer with 30 years of experience

They say Robenta Seongsu only uses pieces designed and inspected by a jewelry designer with 30 years of experience. Honestly, before going to a Seoul ring workshop I worried, "Won't mine turn out a bit clumsy?" But there's a separate design lab, and they had a really wide range of unique, trendy designs you can't see at ordinary workshops, haha.

Display of various ring designs at Robenta Seongsu

Robenta Seongsu uses moissanite, a diamond alternative, rather than cubic zirconia, so the sparkle is simply dazzling... The silver is top-grade 92.5% only, said to be gentle on skin, and it feels so luxurious, haha.

After choosing the design, we put on aprons with a cute logo and sat down! Taking a photo in the apron is a must, of course.

Getting ready to make rings in a logo apron

Robenta Seongsu is a professional workshop with specialized ring-making equipment. I was a little nervous that the unfamiliar tools would be hard, but the kind staff walked us through it bit by bit, so it wasn't difficult at all.

It wasn't just ring-making work: shaping each other's rings while chatting away and engraving precious memories was so healing and happy in itself.
