300°C Seafood Galbi Main Branch (300도씨해물갈비 본점) is a seafood stew specialist at 410 Masiran-ro, 1st floor, Jung-gu, Incheon. It has parking for 25 cars and even separate seats for dogs. We had gone to see the sea at Eulwangni and were looking for a place to eat nearby, and it turns out there's a very famous seafood stew restaurant right there. The parking was roomy and there were so many delicious-looking dishes that I was totally hooked. We headed straight to 300°C Seafood Galbi Main Branch 🏃🏻‍♀️

I liked that there was plenty of parking right in front. Space for over 25 cars, so no parking worries at all 👏🏻

It seems to be popular enough that there's a waiting list, at least on weekends. I checked the restroom too, and it was clean and well kept. And it turns out it has been on TV a lot… 🤍

Can you bring your dog? Seating layout

300°C Seafood Galbi Main Branch has spacious seating, a group room, and a separate dog-friendly seating area. You can bring your dog without worrying about disapproving looks, which seems great!

The couple set (cuttlefish) at 300°C Seafood Galbi Main Branch is ₩49,000 for 2 people and includes stir-fried cuttlefish, half-and-half pajeon (Korean savory pancake) and seafood kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup). It was released recently as a good-value option, so it's not on the menu board yet, but it's on the kiosk~ Ordering is easy at the kiosk, and we got the couple set for 2 plus 2 bowls of rice. You can also adjust the spice level.

Taste of each couple set dish: seafood kalguksu, half-and-half pajeon, stir-fried cuttlefish

Seafood kalguksu

The seafood kalguksu in the couple set isn't a tasting-size portion; it comes out at the size of a standalone dish. I assumed it would be a small sample, but not at all ԅ( ˘ω˘ԅ)

The broth was really refreshing and, above all, the noodles were chewy and so good. I seriously debated whether to order extra noodles.

Cheese half-and-half pajeon

The half-and-half pajeon comes half cheese, half seafood pajeon. The cheese looks insane, right? It's packed with mozzarella that stretches and stretches. The other half has plenty of seafood and is crispy, so of course it's delicious.

Mild stir-fried cuttlefish

We had the stir-fried cuttlefish at mild (about Shin Ramyun spiciness), and it was amazing: the cuttlefish was plump and thick but not tough at all. It's addictive, and it goes great with rice. A faint smoky fire flavor comes through, which made it even better. We ate until we were absolutely stuffed 🤤

Dessert and free coffee

On the way out, I saw that 300°C Seafood Galbi Main Branch also sells bread and things, and you can buy ice cream for dessert too!

On top of that, the coffee is free. If you're a coffee lover, definitely have some… 🫶🏻
