An Incheon café post — matcha latte and decaf review from Tiny Dot, a big café in Juan.
Where Tiny Dot is and what the name means
Tiny Dot is a large Juan café on Juseung-ro 96beon-gil in Michuhol-gu, Incheon. It's near Sinki Market in Incheon's old downtown, so it's easy to reach by bus.

It's a big Juan café that uses all four floors.
Tiny Dot means "small dot," and apparently the owner chose the name to mean starting over from a small dot when opening this new café in Juan.
Where to park at Tiny Dot
Tiny Dot has a total of 5 parking spots beside, in front of, and behind the café. Even when those are full, there's a lot of parallel parking in the alley connected to the café, so parking wasn't a worry.

Parking next to the café

In front of the café
And there's parking for up to 5 cars behind the café too.

Even if the café's own parking spaces are full, there's plenty of parallel parking in the alley connected to it, so there's no need to worry about parking.
From first-floor roasting to the fourth-floor group hall: the vibe on each level
Inside Tiny Dot, you order on the first floor, the 2nd–3rd floors are the main seating area, and the 4th floor is a separate group reservation hall. Each floor has a different mood and styling, so I think even a second or third visit would feel fresh every time.

For the americano you can choose your beans — dark blend, mild blend, decaf, and the one on the far right which I forget the name of but is apparently roasted over charcoal.

The beans you can choose from for hand drip

There's a surprisingly wide range of beans. The reason there are so many kinds is that the owner personally roasts them on a roasting machine on the first floor. Chatting with the owner for a bit, it was clear he's genuinely passionate about coffee and the café.

They grind the matcha on a millstone, right there
Tiny Dot grinds its own matcha on a millstone! So when you order a matcha latte, you get to watch the millstone turning. The owner apparently built the millstone himself too.

Hand drip supplies and drip bags displayed on the wall — the owner apparently did all the interior design himself, and he clearly has a good eye for it.

Tiny Dot's signature menu — next time I visit I should try the Sesame Dot.

The elevator also runs between floors 1 and 4, and it even has a bar installed so you can set your coffee tray on it.

Inside the 3rd floor — good for studying alone.
The 4th floor is the group reservation hall.

How were the decaf americano, matcha latte and croffle?
I ordered a matcha latte, a decaf americano, and a croffle (croissant waffle).

Taste — decaf iced americano A decaf with a calm, nutty flavor lingering quietly in the background.
Taste — croffle When I ordered, the owner came and cut it for me, so it was really easy to eat neatly, and the gentle sweetness put me in a good mood.
Taste — matcha latte You can really taste the distinctive matcha aroma, and you can feel the tiny little flecks of matcha in this sweet latte. Caffeine keeps me up at night, but this millstone made me order it anyway, haha.
Would I go back and recommend it?
Yes, I'd visit again, and yes, I'd recommend it as a big café in Juan.
I think this is one of the top cafés in Juan!
