A cleaning kit is included, so you can wipe the installation area nice and clean. For uneven surfaces or places such as a car dashboard, where the mount will not suction well because the surface is not flat, you can attach the round pad first. And even if your phone case is not a MagSafe case, no worries: two magnetic rings are included so you can attach one and use it!

Adjusting the angle in the car

The 비티냐 MagSafe car mount is easy to adjust to different angles while driving, too. With 360° rotation, you can position a phone or tablet in many ways to suit your height and line of sight.

My existing case is a MagSafe case, but perhaps because of the decorative stickers, its suction strength was a little weaker. Once I added a magnetic ring, it snapped on with a very strong magnetic pull, so I could mount it securely and stably.

Checking recipes and filming overhead in the kitchen

Of course, it works securely as a car mount, but I actually use this phone mount even more in everyday life than in the car—while cooking and when writing blog posts on my phone!

When I cook while looking at a recipe, it suctions really well to the sink countertop, so I can secure it and refer to the recipe as I cook. It is so tiny and compact that it does not get in the way, and I can mount my phone so easily—I am very happy with it!

I often photograph and film the cooking process, so I used to use a stand mount for overhead filming. But it took up too much space and got in the way of moving around, which was a real concern. I can operate it with one hand even while cooking, so it is truly, truly excellent in terms of versatility—I am so pleased with it!

Filming a cooking process tends to take quite a long time, from the beginning through boiling and the finishing stages. Its suction hold is excellent, so unless it is exposed to heavy steam or intense heat nearby, it stays firmly attached and will not fall off until I deliberately remove it after filming!

Making good use of it at the dining table too

After setting out a meal for my little bear, I can eat fruit beside them and prop up my phone on the table to watch YouTube instead of TV. It can also be mounted with 360° rotation even where suction does not work, so it is great for the car, but also a MagSafe mount that is wonderfully useful around the home!
