I just wanted a quick breather with him, so off we dashed to Tteum Café by Oneplay Suwon Station, the café everyone's talking about these days! Even for a pretty café I care a lot about hygiene, use of space and parking convenience, but the moment we walked in I thought, wow, what a vibe! The exclamation just slipped out ✨

Tteum Café by Oneplay Suwon Station has a parking lot in the building's basement, so driving there was easy. Anyone who has been around Suwon Station knows the alleys are a maze and parking is honestly hell..ㅠㅠ But the basement parking here is well set up, so we parked underground with zero stress 🚗

Even among Suwon Station cafés, the special interior with its soft moonlight feel left an impression 🌕 The shop is wide with plenty of relaxed seating, so it feels open and not stuffy at all. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a large café near Suwon Station!

Tteum Café by Oneplay Suwon Station is a hand drip brewing coffee shop, with specialty beans like Luwak Geisha on offer. As I read the menu carefully, I realized this isn't just a pretty café ☕️

It's a proper specialist for hand drip brewing coffee, and they even have specialty beans like Luwak Geisha! I quietly checked the bean specs and how clean the prep area was, and everything from the tableware to the counter was spotless ✨

It's a lineup that would make any coffee lover's eyes light up, so I thought, next time I'm definitely trying the drip.

A café for a couple to finally talk after having a baby

At Tteum Café by Oneplay Suwon Station the music isn't overpowering and the seats are spaced widely, which made it great for a couple to talk quietly. Since having the baby, sitting in a café with my husband and chatting leisurely has been something I can count on one hand..❤️

But here the music isn't too loud and the seats are far apart, so we kept saying, "It's been a while since we felt this relaxed," and had lots of heart-to-heart talks, haha

Looking around, I got curious about the cakes in the display and the other specialty teas on the menu.. You can tell a lot from one item, and the dessert quality is so high that I plan to come back and work through the other desserts, haha

What we ordered at Tteum Café Suwon Station

At Tteum Café by Oneplay Suwon Station we ordered the vanilla bean latte and apple yuzu tea, both said to sell like signature items, plus a plain croffle (croissant waffle). After some debating, we went with the vanilla bean latte and apple yuzu tea that supposedly sell like signatures, and the plain croffle we'd been looking forward to ⭐️

Plain croffle: buttery flavor, chewy inside

Cut while warm, Tteum Café's plain croffle spread its buttery flavor right away, and the syrup wasn't overly sweet. Cutting into the warm plain croffle, oh my.. it was crazy good

The butter flavor fills your whole mouth while the inside is chewy and moist, the absolute best ㅠㅠ The syrup and toppings aren't too sweet, just right, so it never gets cloying!

Vanilla bean latte: real vanilla bean, not powder

Tteum Café's vanilla bean latte didn't taste like artificial powder; the deep flavor of real vanilla bean came through richly. It doesn't leave a dry aftertaste, and it has Tteum's clean, tidy sweetness, so I was very satisfied!

Apple yuzu tea: zesty yuzu with a gentle apple note

Tteum Café's apple yuzu tea blends fresh yuzu aroma with a subtle apple scent, and it lifts your mood too! It looks luxurious and the cup it came in was so pretty that it was perfect for photos, hahaha

Is Tteum Café at Suwon Station worth a special trip?

Tteum Café by Oneplay Suwon Station has easy parking, a spacious shop and refined desserts and drinks, so it was well worth a special trip. Honestly the area around Suwon Station is so crowded that we rarely go out there, but this place is worth making the effort for! Easy parking, a wide and comfortable shop, and above all the desserts and drinks taste upscale, so not a single won felt wasted. A truly great Suwon Station dessert café ✨

I totally recommend it to couples looking for a date spot, haha. Next time I'm going to try Luwak Geisha brewing coffee with a sweet cake! If you can't decide which Suwon Station café to visit, definitely stop by Tteum Café by Oneplay Suwon Station ❤️
