It's such a gorgeous day today! I couldn't just sit at home. I went looking for a nice café near us with my friends and found Slow But Barrel Daegu (슬로우벗베럴 대구점), a huge café in Dong-gu, Daegu. Shall we go together?
Is parking easy at Slow But Barrel Daegu?
Slow But Barrel Daegu has a big parking lot behind the building that fits about 80 cars, so no parking worries. Take the road beside the café and you'll find a very wide lot at the back. Parking worries: NO!
What is Slow But Barrel Daegu like on a Saturday afternoon?
On a Saturday afternoon, Slow But Barrel Daegu had a lot of guests who had come from nearby weddings, but the place is so big that it was still comfortable to relax. After parking, I walked toward the café, and even the path to the entrance was really pretty. Inside, there's a wonderfully spacious interior. I can't believe I only found out about such a large café in Dong-gu this late. T_T
I visited on a Saturday afternoon, and since the Nobia Gala, Queen Bell Hotel and M Star House wedding venues are right nearby, it seemed many guests came after attending a wedding. The café is so big and has such good seating that it's a great place to relax with friends you haven't seen in a while after a wedding!

Every corner has its own charm, from blind shadows and a pyramid sculpture to an outdoor play area and an outdoor terrace, so photos turn out great anywhere! I hear they redecorate with a different concept for spring, summer, autumn and winter, so you can see something new each season 🤗

Seasonal fruit drinks and current events at Slow But Barrel
Besides coffee, Slow But Barrel Daegu has drinks made with seasonal fruit harvested at its own farm, and when I visited they were selling apple and Korean melon (chamoe) drinks. Along with delicious coffee, there are plenty of fruit drinks too.
They run their own cherry farm, so each season they use fruit harvested directly from the farm in drinks and bakery items.
Right now they're selling drinks made with apples and Korean melon, and there's a 10% discount on the melon drink when you add them as a KakaoTalk friend, so keep that in mind~ ^^
There's also an event where saving the place on Naver Place and posting a receipt photo review gets you a financier or a madeleine!
