Before the treatment, my hair had been through volume magic straightening 3-4 months earlier. Look how haggard I look... how hard have I been working. In summer my permed hair gets way too frizzy so I straightened it, but as it cools down the urge for a perm creeps back in. I'm such a fickle woman.
