This time I was around Simhaksan in Paju and the mango bingsu caught my eye, so I stopped by Fruit Forest's Paju direct store. The building itself has 'mango bingsu sanctuary' written across it in big letters, so I was already excited before even stepping inside. 🥭

Parking and how to get to Fruit Forest on Dolgoji-gil

Fruit Forest Paju Direct Store has plenty of parking, so it was fine to drive there. There are other shops around the store, so finding it wasn't hard, and the mango bingsu sign made it easy to spot right away. 🥭

The entrance felt neat and tidy from the start. Inside, the window side was full of green plants, giving the space a pretty relaxed vibe.

Walking into Fruit Forest, I saw a really wide variety of fruit on display. The yellow mangoes especially were everywhere and immediately caught my eye. 🥭

Not just mango — pineapple, orange, strawberry, and more were all neatly displayed, which made the name 'Fruit Forest' feel very fitting.

I'd never seen a place with this many mangoes displayed right as you walk in. 🥭

Every shelf was packed with mangoes, so my eyes went straight there. I came for mango bingsu, but with this much mango around, it felt like a dedicated Paju mango bingsu specialist shop.

Looking at the Fruit Forest menu board, there were more bingsu types than I expected. Besides mango bingsu, there was injeolmi (roasted soybean rice cake) red bean bingsu, fresh strawberry snow bingsu, peach snow bingsu, melon snow bingsu, fig snow bingsu, and even a 10-fruit assorted bingsu. Since mango was my whole reason for coming, I ordered the fresh mango snow bingsu. 🥭

This is the vibe inside the store. The interior was more spacious and clean than I expected.

A long row of tables ran along the windows, plus sofa seating, making it comfortable to settle in. The overall mood was quiet and relaxed, nice for resting while eating mango bingsu.

They told me to eat it plain first to taste the mango's natural flavor, and once I'd eaten some, to pour on the mango sauce. 🥭 The sauce was even served separately, so I could enjoy two different flavors, first and later.

First I tried the bingsu plain, and at the end, poured on plenty of mango sauce! If you love mango, this way of eating it is worth trying. 👆 But honestly, even plain, the mango was sweet — so sweet~~ 😍

This was the first time I'd seen a mango bingsu served this generously, this full. 🥭

With mango piled high on top of the bingsu, it looked gorgeous just to look at. Too pretty to eat, honestly — I spent a while just taking photos. If you love mango, this bingsu would satisfy you on looks alone.

Eating it myself, I got it. At first I just thought 'sure, whatever,' but I'd never had a bingsu this loaded with mango — it was satisfying. And the snow bingsu underneath was incredibly soft, too. Anyway, you have to try it to know 👍

But seriously this mango, this mango was so well ripened 👏 So sweet~~ I couldn't help but smile while eating it that kind of sweetness~~~ 😍
