Cuttlefish grilled tableside at Gangdong seafood spot, Gapmaejeong
Gapmaejeong is a cuttlefish specialty restaurant in Gangdong, Seoul, a five-minute walk from Amsa Station Exit 4. Visiting with one friend, the writer ordered the seafood-and-meat grill set (해물로스사합) and cuttlefish fritters, with a staff member grilling everything tableside in butter and keeping the perilla leaf, onion and garlic refills coming. A place worth returning to whenever you want to eat your fill of cuttlefish.
