Doonjeong's clear gomtang is a broth simmered rich with hanwoo, and it's completely free of any gamy smell — really clean and light.

The generous portion of hanwoo beef gets more deeply flavorful the more you chew, and the soup itself was clear, clean, and deep enough to feel like it cleared my whole system out.

Yukhoe bibimbap: minari and perilla oil together
