A book stand is something I’ve been searching for a lot lately, and maybe it was the algorithm, but I finally found one I absolutely love. The Sophia Book Stand Reading Stand. It’s a brand-new product, too. And made in Korea!!

It comes with an instruction manual, and the explanations are clear and intuitive, so it would be good to look through it once before using it. Once is all you need.

Reading has been so uncomfortable lately that I really felt the need for a book stand. I was seriously considering a clear stand and stands from brands known for children’s desks, but kept putting off the purchase. I had been using the stand attached to my child’s desk instead; it was sturdy, but heavy and hard to move around, which was a shame.

It’s a book stand, but it also works nicely as a laptop stand. The ventilation slots underneath show that laptop use was considered too.

Of course the right height changes depending on the person and the device, yet this one book stand manages it all. The stand I had been looking for so desperately has finally appeared.

We use not only books but also laptops, smartphones, and tablets so much these days, and surely there’s no one who has never felt uncomfortable because of poor posture.
