What kind of restaurant is Rabbit Castle Seoulsup?

Rabbit Castle Seoulsup (래빗캐슬 서울숲) is a Western restaurant in the basement of Seoulsup 4-gil, mixing rabbit props with European-style interiors. It was sooo cute and lovable that I'd happily recommend it for a blind date or a date.

The tiny, adorable rabbit props were just so lovely, and the European-feeling restaurant was honestly healing. Let me show you Rabbit Castle that day, which suited Seoulsup so well!

What's the interior atmosphere like?

Rabbit Castle Seoulsup is in a basement, so it's slightly hard to spot from outside, but once you step in, the cozy charm feels just like arriving in a real rabbit hole. So pretty!

You can really feel the emotional vibe that Seongsu is known for!

Rabbit Castle pizza set for 2: what's included and the price

What I ordered at Rabbit Castle Seoulsup that day was the pizza set for 2 (₩60,000) and an iced americano (₩3,500). For the set, I chose a ricotta cheese salad, truffle risotto (+₩1,000) and the Forest Pizza.

  • Pizza set (2 people) ₩60,000
  • Ricotta cheese salad
  • Truffle risotto (+₩1,000)
  • Forest Pizza
  • Iced americano ₩3,500

For a date for two, you get a varied, generous spread from salad to risotto to pizza, so I'd recommend the set over single dishes!

A fairytale space that's great for photos

Rabbit Castle Seoulsup felt like Christmas had come! Wherever you look there's something charming, so it was fun to look around slowly.

After ordering, the vibe is perfect for snapping photos here and there, and just sitting in such a pretty space put me in a good mood!

There's not an empty spot; even the lights overhead are all prettily decorated. It has a fairytale feel just like its name, and the cute props scattered everywhere catch your eye. It's less a place where you just eat and leave, and more a place where looking around the pretty space is part of the fun.

Blankets and table QR ordering

With the cold wind blowing these days, Rabbit Castle Seoulsup thoughtfully has blankets ready. The staff were super kind too, and viewing the menu and ordering are neatly set up through a QR code at the table, so we could wait for our food calmly.

Ricotta cheese salad and iced americano

The first dish of the pizza set, the ricotta cheese salad, came as a plate of fresh greens with ricotta evenly scattered over it! The amount was just right and evenly spread, so it was perfect to eat together with the salad.

The iced americano is ₩3,500! It's a light portion that's nice to sip between bites of the salad and the meal.

How does Rabbit Castle's truffle risotto taste?

Rabbit Castle's truffle risotto had a subtle truffle aroma soaked in nicely, and the seasoning and cream weren't overdone, so I could finish it cleanly to the end! Of all the risottos, truffle was personally the one I was looking forward to most.

It was so clean and subtle that I didn't even need to ask for pickles or jalapeños on the side! Along with the rice, the toppings were crispy too, so I got to enjoy a variety of textures.

What is Rabbit Castle's Forest Pizza?

Rabbit Castle's Forest Pizza is a wood-fired pizza with tomato basil sauce topped with mortadella, ricotta and marinated Brussels sprouts. The name alone sounded so poetic that I'd been looking forward to it.

Pizza also goes really well with pasta, so ordering both and sharing them was great.

With the basic tomato basil sauce, mortadella, ricotta, marinated Brussels sprouts and the wood-fired dough, this pie lacked nothing.

Every ingredient was carefully prepared, so the aroma was great, and the chewy dough plus the little cranberries on top added a savory depth that I really liked.

If you want a date full of cuteness in Seoulsup, I recommend Rabbit Castle. 🏰🤍
