Why I Started Using the 비티냐 MagSafe Mount

As someone who is still using an iPhone 11 Pro Max, I finally got to use MagSafe after recently buying a MagSafe case..! The first thing I bought once I could use MagSafe was a car mount. I’m going to introduce the 비티냐 MagSafe mount, which I liked so much that I regretted not using MagSafe sooner.

It also comes with two magnetic rings that let you use MagSafe with iPhone 11 and earlier models, or phones without MagSafe. In fact, even on phones with MagSafe, a regular phone case can weaken the magnetic hold. You may need to buy a MagSafe case or attach a magnetic ring like these to use MagSafe, so the rings can come in handy. The included rings are a neat silver rather than a clunky color, so they look good attached without spoiling the appearance. They also feel sturdy rather than thin, so I think they will provide a strong MagSafe hold.

A round pad is included as well, so you can use it even on surfaces such as dashboards that are not flat and smooth. When using it on a dashboard, peel off the backing and attach the pad to the dashboard surface; the mount can then suction onto the other side! It is really helpful for buyers who need the magnetic rings and round pad, since they can use them without buying anything separately. I do not need them right now, but it is reassuring to know I can use them anytime, so I am storing them carefully!

Fold It Away and Adjust the Angle

Here is the mount itself. As I’ll show you later, folding it like this when it is not in use makes efficient use of space even while it is attached, which I love.

As in the photos above, you can open the joints to different angles and use it in various configurations. The joints are not loose, so they hold their angle securely.

How Is the Dial Vacuum-Suction System?

Another thing I liked was the dial-suction attachment method. A mount I had before used sticky gel, which made attaching and removing it quite inconvenient.

It has a clean suction cup without any stickiness, yet turning the dial creates a vacuum and fixes it in place very firmly.

You can see that it stays firmly attached not just to glass but to a desk as well. I think people who want to use a MagSafe mount on their desk without taking up space will be happy with this one too.

Using It in the Car with an iPhone 11 Pro Max

This is what it looks like installed in the car.

As I mentioned earlier, my phone is an iPhone 11 Pro Max, which is a fairly large and heavy model. It stays in place very securely, and above all, attaching and removing it with MagSafe is so easy that it feels like a whole different level of convenience from my old mount. Taking your phone on and off while driving is subtly risky and not easy, right? It was so convenient to attach and remove it whenever I needed that I regretted waiting this long to use MagSafe..

I have a separate phone for navigation, so I attach this one on the side as a secondary phone. I can attach and remove it safely while driving and check my phone comfortably, so I have been using it very conveniently.

When I am not using it, I can fold it away like this, and it does not obstruct my view at all—so good! Personally, I do not like having lots of things sitting on or hanging from the dashboard or air vent, so I used to take out a mount only when I needed it. But I am very satisfied because the 비티냐 MagSafe mount can stay neatly folded and be opened only when I need it.
