I arrived just before last order and tried curry donkatsu and a spicy donkatsu set with udon, plus the unlimited rice and side-dish bar. Verdict: a wonderfully filling meal with genuinely warm service.
Sioldon Ilwon Branch is a tonkatsu restaurant in Irwon-dong, Gangnam, Seoul, serving Korean pork cutlets aged for 72 hours. I tried loin, tenderloin, premium loin, and assorted cutlet set meals during the busy lunch rush; the limited premium loin and tender tenderloin stood out. Verdict: Sioldon Ilwon Branch is a satisfying place for freshly fried, hearty cutlets.
