What we ate at Brassway in Jeonpo

I'd been craving high-quality Western food for a while, so I visited Brassway, which has gotten a lot of word-of-mouth as a pasta place in Jeonpo. Brassway is known for its distinctive Western dishes, especially its risotto and galbi pasta. I personally wanted to try the galbi pasta with its special recipe, so I ordered that. The galbi pasta had a soft, savory richness that felt genuinely special. The risotto I ordered alongside it paired perfectly with the pasta. As you'd expect from a Jeonpo-dong restaurant that's genuinely good at Western food, both the pasta and risotto exceeded expectations. So I figured ordering a side would be worth it too, and got the baby potato fries as well. Between the galbi pasta, the risotto, and the baby potato fries, it felt like I'd ordered everything Brassway has to offer. If you want to enjoy proper Western food in Jeonpo-dong like we did, I'd recommend visiting Brassway and trying their menu. I really enjoyed the meal.

Wanting a good Western lunch, I visited Brassway. Brassway is a Western restaurant located close to Jeonpo Station. It's an appealing spot to visit when you want something special — pasta, pizza, steak, and more.

Brassway is close to Jeonpo Station, so it's a good place to visit when you're craving something special in Western food. In fact, a lot of customers seem to visit specifically for that reason. Being near the station also makes it easy to pair with a visit to another café nearby, whether for lunch or dinner.

Brassway has essentially built its word-of-mouth reputation on Western food. That's exactly why I visited when I wanted something Western. Living up to its reputation as a pasta place in Jeonpo, they had a wide variety of pasta and risotto dishes ready to order.

Since I wanted to try both pasta and risotto, I ordered both — the signature galbi pasta and the roast chicken risotto. And since there was a side menu with baby potato fries, I ordered that too. Thanks to that, I got to try all of Brassway's signature dishes.

Brassway baby potato fries

Of the dishes we first ordered, the baby potato fries arrived first. It was a salty dish with an appealing hint of acidity. Personally, I thought this would go great with wine if you visited Brassway in the evening — a really tasty dish.

Roast cream risotto

Next came Brassway's roast cream risotto. It's a cream risotto topped with roasted chicken, and the texture of the cooked rice was excellent. It was pleasantly salty and savory, the kind of dish you keep reaching for. On top of the pasta, the risotto was also seriously good at Brassway.

Galbi pasta

The pasta, too, was a special experience with the signature galbi pasta. The sweet, savory flavor of the galbi (braised short rib) blended into the pasta made it stand out. Along with the risotto and baby potato fries, it was a delicious pasta I kept going back to. If you're looking for something special in pasta around Seomyeon, I'd recommend it.

If you're looking for a special Western meal around Seomyeon or Jeonpo-dong, I'd recommend this place. From the baby potato fries to the risotto and pasta, everything felt special. There are plenty of Western restaurants in Jeonpo-dong, but if you want to find something truly special, I'd recommend Brassway.
